Shipping Methods
We ship all orders via USPS. Shipping charges are based on an order’s total dollar amount before any tax or discounts are applied. Additional charges may apply to oversized or overweight items.
We ship within 48 business hours of receiving your order.

KANZI® Return Policy
Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell and offering great customer service is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in new condition with attached merchandise tags and a valid receipt within 30 days of purchase. There is a 15% restocking fee. We will refund you the full cost of the item minus shipping charges and restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
